Mail Merge by Sheetomatic (“we”, “our”, “the Add-on”) is a Google Sheets add-on that enables users to send personalized emails using their Gmail accounts. 1. Information We Collect
1.1 Google User Data (Via OAuth Authorization)
We may request access to the following Google permissions:
- Gmail Send permission (to send emails on your behalf)
- Gmail Draft/Compose permissions (if applicable)
- Google Sheets access (to read spreadsheet data for mail merge)
- Basic Google Profile (to identify your account & manage quota usage)
1.2 Spreadsheet Data
We only access the data you select during a mail-merge session, including:
- Recipient email addresses

- Custom merge fields added by you
We do NOT store or save any spreadsheet data externally.
2. How We Use Information
Your data is used only to enable mail-merge functionality:
- Reading sheet data to create personalized emails
- Sending emails from your Gmail account

- We do not store email content, contacts, or sheet data on any external server
